1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resellable condition.
- Items must have all original tags attached and remain in their original protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number) is required.
2. Free Replacement for Defective or Damaged Garments
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our school apparel. If any uniform item arrives with a manufacturing defect, fabric tear, or damage from transit:
- Please contact our support team at service@borshinltd.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach clear photos showing the defective area, garment tag, and the shipping parcel label.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund for the affected item.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Size Exchange
To start a standard return for unworn uniforms or request a different size, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at service@borshinltd.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 24 business hours with detailed return instructions and the return warehouse address.
- Carefully fold and pack the garments in their original packaging to protect them during transit.
- Ship the package back using a trackable shipping carrier and email us the tracking number.
Please Note: Unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent, customers are responsible for return shipping postage. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned parcel is received at our facility and passes garment inspection:
- We will send you an email confirmation notifying you that your return has been inspected.
- Your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (American Express, JCB, Mastercard, or VISA).
- Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your billing statement, depending on your financial institution's processing timeline.
5. Order Cancellations & Address Updates
We work quickly to prepare and ship back-to-school essentials on schedule (standard delivery in 7–15 business days). If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled in transit, but you are welcome to initiate a standard return upon delivery.
